We do not charge any fees to use our mobile app of the Mobile Deposit feature. However, depending on your service provider and plan, data charges may apply.

• For iPhone users, you can download the app from the Apple App Store by searching for OE Federal or by clicking here.
• For Android users, you can download the app from the Google Play Store by searching for OE Federal or by clicking here.

To access Mobile Deposit, you must first have the OE Federal Mobile App. To download our Mobile App do the following:

After logging into our mobile app, you’ll select “Deposit a Check” from the menu. New users will need to accept the user agreement and wait for a confirmation email before using Mobile Deposit.

During the depositing process, the app will alert you if a photo you’ve taken cannot be used and ask you to try again. If the photos are acceptable, you will receive a pop up that says your mobile deposit is processing.

Yes, you can view all mobile deposited checks by going to “Deposit a Check” in mobile banking and clicking “Deposit Check History” at the top of the screen.

Maximum deposit amounts are based on account activity. For further information, call or text the Credit Union at (800) 877-4444.

After submission, you can review your deposit under the “Review” tab on the Mobile Deposit App. Click the tab, then click the PDF to see your deposited check.

Deposits will be made available to you immediately unless flagged by the software as having an image issue.

If your phone is lost or stolen, you should contact your wireless provider. After contacting your wireless provider, please call or text OE Federal at (800) 877-4444.

A digital wallet stores your credit and debit cards on your mobile device.

You can link your OE Federal credit and debit cards to Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

To help protect you, your card number and personal information are not stored in digital wallet apps.

Look for the digital wallet logo or the contactless symbol at checkout.

Yes, Samsung Pay uses MST technology to replicate the magnetic stripe on the credit or debit card. This allows you to use Samsung Pay with most traditional terminals. Apple Pay® and Google Pay require the terminal to be set up for contactless payments.

Yes, you can use Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay when traveling internationally at stores that accept contactless payments. Please note that foreign transaction fees may apply.

Yes, you are given the same fraud protections when paying with a digital wallet that you would, if you paid with a physical card.

When a card is replaced or expires, the existing card in your digital wallet will generally associate with the new card. In the instance this does not happen, you may see an alert with the digital wallet application. You can register the new card to your device as you did originally.

Notify your phone carrier if your phone is lost or stolen. You should also notify OE Federal at 800.877.4444 if you feel your card information has been compromised.

Yes! You must be enrolled in online banking to use our text banking platform.

No, this is a free service for our members. Standard text messaging fees from your cell phone service provider may apply.

Text Banking works with AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile and select regional carriers within ACG, Interop Technologies, and ClearSky Technologies, but is not compatible with all handsets.
